Yields 1 serving
– 22-25g Peak Roasters Coffee Co. beans
– 400mL (13oz) Boiling Water (190-197 degrees F)
– French Press
– Bring water to slightly below a boil. Grind Peak Roasters Coffee Co. coffee beans to a medium-coarse grind, larger than drip. Pour grounds into the bottom of the french press. Once water is at a boil, pour the correct amount of water into the french press over the grounds. Stir 5-10 rounds, or enough to saturate all grounds. Let sit 4-6 minutes (for desired strength). Once time is up, press the filter down until the grounds and water have separated. Let sit 30-60 seconds. Pour into mug. Enjoy!
